LBF Actors represents compelling, dynamic actors across both the New Zealand and International Screen Industries. Since launching in 2011 with a focus on youth actors, we've grown alongside our talent - expanding to represent actors of all ages, from emerging youth to seasoned professionals.
Our mission is to assist talented, driven, and passionate actors in achieving their goals of working and thriving in the entertainment industry. Director, Liz Baldwin-Featherstone brings over 40 years of experience to the table. Dedicated and proactive, she knows each LBF actor personally, and works tirelessly to open doors and secure opportunities. Liz is a champion for her actors - fiercely loyal, endlessly driven, and always in their corner.
We believe that understanding each actor's ability and creative potential is essential. New actors begin with an Intro Workshop (Youth 5-18)) and Private Acting Session (Actors 19+). These sessions are a vital first step, giving us valuable insight into current skill level, readiness for roles, and areas for development. Put simply - it's how we get to know our actors creatively.
We offer comprehensive training for LBF Youth Actors through our Acting for Screen Studio Programme held in a dedicated Acting for Screen Studio - a space committed to excellence in learning, teaching and performance. Our programme provides a rich, supportive environment designed to inspire growth and help actors make meaningful progress in their craft.
Workshop content includes:

- Acting & Audition Techniques
- Standard American Accent
- Intensive Scene Work
- Filming Scenes for Actor Resumes/Showreels
- Audition Sessions with Guest Casting Directors
We provide our actors with a variety of valuable resources, including:
- A full equipped Selftaping Studio to create professional audition videos
- Audition Coaching to sharpen skills and boost confidence
- Monthly Photo Shoots to keep bios updated & fresh
